I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011, with specialties including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Hot Stones, and Cupping. My approach blends therapeutic and restorative techniques to create a massage experience that is both effective and deeply relaxing.

In January 2023, after a routine mammogram, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with stage 2B Triple Negative Breast Cancer. What followed was a journey through unknown territory: 24 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, multiple reconstruction attempts, and 21 rounds of radiation. Recovery came with challenges, and after complications with expanders and reconstruction, I ultimately made the decision to go flat - a choice that gave me peace and allowed me to focus fully on healing and embracing my new body.

Over the past two years, I have learned the power of resilience, the beauty of support from friends, family, clients, and even strangers - and also the clarity of recognizing who walked away. This experience has not only shaped me personally, but has also deepened the compassion and care I bring to my clients.

Recently, I completed specialized training in breast health that includes manual lymphatic breast massage. My goal is to help educate both women and men about the importance of regularly examining breast tissue and incorporating lymphatic breast massage as a tool for self-care and earlier detection.

As both a therapist and a survivor, I understand the body’s incredible ability to endure, adapt, and heal - emotionally and physically. In my studio, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, nurtured, and empowered on their own path to wellness. My mission is to continue learning and sharing ways to heal, restore, and support our bodies so that we may all enjoy long and healthy lives.
